A unique French restaurant run by chef Chungwho Lee in Seorae Village since 2013, the first to introduce a new cuisine genre, neo-bistro in Korea. Neo-bistro reinterprets French cuisine more casually compared to the classic and formal fine dining. It aims to cook in a lighter manner with more freedom and larger choice of food ingredients, whereas fine dining menus are more restricted in many cases of the cooking process.
