It is a residence hotel, a refurbished hanok which is assumed to have been owned by artist Bonwoong Koo, a dear friend of the famous poet/writer Sang Lee. In a place nearly a century-old, there are traces of the past found in many points of the hanok. The main idea of the renovation was to successfully merge the old and new and to do so, the original(authentic) frame of the hanok was preserved while modern materials like metal and glass were used elsewhere. In the open yard stands the group of cherry blossoms, ginkgo and maple—more than enough to show clearly the changing seasons. The hotel has rooms of many sizes that accommodates 1 to 2 persons or larger numbers and families.
